Hi everyone!!
Today, I am sharing some grungy, spooky treat bags. Easy peasy to make, and oh so much fun!!!
And I have a step-by-step video for you.......
Don't forget, make sure you emboss and punch your bags before misting!!! Some mists will definitely weld your bag together, and you will never be able to open it!!

Enjoy!

Time for me to share a little creativity.
I'm going to share with you how I made the base of this card - it really is so easy to put together and it really does have that 'wow' factor.
A warning though - photo heavy.
How did I make this card?
Cut one piece of cardstock 10" x 5" wide and score in half.
Cut one piece of patterned paper 4 and 3/4" square.
Cut one piece of cardstock 4 and 1/2" square.
I have used a Marianne Design metal die - centre - hold in place with a small piece of washi tape to hold in place and run through Cuttlebug or similar.
Cut one piece of patterned paper 4 and 1/4" square.
Position a circle metal die in the centre of your paper - add a piece of washi tape to hold in place and run through Cuttlebug or similar.
Now adhere your largest piece of patterned paper, centred on your card base.
Adhere your smallest piece of patterned paper on your 4 and 1/2" cardstock.
Flip over and adhere foam mounting squares or dots to lift this layer.
Flip back and adhere as you can see in this photo.
This forms the base of your card.
Now embellish.
Add a little muslin, some flowers, some leaves, feathers, baubles, tags and string.
On this card I have threaded some snowflakes on some plastic wire and entwined them in amongst the flowers and baubles.
A closer look at that embellishment cluster.

Happy creating everyone.
Hello everyone!! Tammy here today, excited to share a step by step process with you today on how I made my OTP candlestick with you! It came in the Sept KOM Main kit the Main kit. Flying Unicorn always includes a cool off the page project. This months candlestick was for me a very fun one to do!
Here is the supplies I used to create this project:
Tim Holtz tissue paper
OTP Main Sept kit
Decoart Crackle glaze
Decoart Antiquing medium
Mod Podge
Royal Coat Decoupage Finish (any finish will work this is just the one that I used)
Ok let's get started!
First take some the tissue paper and tear it in pieces
Now using the Mod Podge attach to the candle stick. Be sure to capture a piece to be your focal point of your piece and adhere it to the front and work around that piece till you have the full piece covered.
Before starting the next step make sure your whole piece has had a top layer of Mod Podge. This helps the Decoart Crackle glaze give you nice cracks. You need a non porous surface for the glaze to go on top of. Now cover the whole piece with the crackle glaze. Don't over brush. This stuff self levels. Just start from top to bottom and give it a nice coat of it.
This glaze doesn't take long to crackle. Just set aside for a hour or so and then you're ready for the next step.
Now cover the whole piece with the Antiquing cream. Nice coat of it. Let it dry then wipe down with a baby wipe..
You can use a brush to wipe it down with, I just used a makeup sponge to do the job for me.
You may want to add a second coat jut for good measure.. Then wipe down again.
Easy as pie with fantastic results..
I also used this same process to cover a tin that I had on hand. I just added a bit of color before I layed down my coat of Mod Podge..
Thank you for Joining me today!! :)
Hey everyone! Denise here to share a layout I did this past week.
I really wanted to do something different on the background. I knew which stencil I was going to use, but didn't want to use mists or paints. As I was going thru all my stash, I pulled out my Pan Pastels!
After I dried the molding paste from the stencil, I used one of the little sponges to add some color
I just kept adding and blending until I was happy. The great thing about Pastels is they do blend so nicely.
*tip-for smaller areas use the pointy sponge or a Q-tip*
I wasn't sure how it would turn out..but I kinda like it!
Next time you're wanting to try something different..give it go!

Hi everyone!
Today I will be sharing a BAP tutorial on a very easy to do layout using items from the new Your Passion Your Art kit. I wanted to do something easy for those that may be just beginning to scrapbook or using mixed media for the first time.
What I love about the Flying Unicorn kit and add ons is that they mesh so well together. This layout was created using bits and pieces of the Main Kit and Add on's and the items from my stash are Gesso, a small piece of burlap, a couple of Prima leaves and some adhesive buttons for my flowers.
Before we start, let me apologize for some of the photos. Living in ND you never know what kind of weather you will get! lol! No sunshine makes for dimmer pictures.
For my layout I chose to use the Bo Bunny sheet "Prose" and the Prima Weaving stencil from the main kit.
I offset the stencil somewhat and covered the left side and a bit of the right side of the paper using 13 Arts Gesso.
Using a small paintbrush and the Shimmeringz from the Mixed Art and Shimmerz Mist from the main kit, I added some color to the page.
Next I painted the Creative Embellishments branches from the Small Art kit with some acrylic paint and spritzed with the Shimmerz Mist.
Now let's put our page together.
Adhere the branches to the page
Next, build the flower cluster at a slight curve being sure to overlap on the branches. Tuck in some leaves if you so choose. Add a small piece of fabric or burlap as shown and add smaller flower on the side.
Using some of the stickers from the Bo Bunny Juliet Combo Sticker sheet I placed them between the flowers
Last step is to paint one of the Creative Embellishments birds and adhere it to the top branch. I used white paint and a little chalk ink. I did a little stamping on the layout when I was finished to add a little something.
Hope you get inspired to create!
Hi! It's Erica and today I'm sharing an altered box frame I created using the Moonlit Collection by Authentique Paper.
I started with three inexpensive, plastic 4"x6" box frames; using double-sided tape and beacon glue I adhered all three box frames together.
While my glue was drying I cut two 4"x6" rectangles from pattern paper and one 4"x6" rectangle from black cardstock.
Next, I cut apart the Moonlit Collection Enhancements.
Using foam adhesive I adhered my an Enhancement - giving it some dimension. I also added a sticker from the Moonlit Collection Details.
I repeated these steps creating another panel for the right frame. I'm saving the center panel and will add a cute Halloween photo in a few weeks!
Finally, I added flowers, leaves, ribbon and few more stickers to finish my box frames.
