WCYDW with Shona

Hi everyone…Shona here today to share ideas on some of the new goodies in the store. For this tag I have used some Marion Smith Designs Mad Tea Party Collection papers, Shimmerz paints, and Leaky Shed Studiochippys!

 

1. First paint the chippys black and while they are wet transfer them to some paper to collect left over embossing powder.

 

1. I added some Stampendous aged embossing enamel now and heat set it.

 

1. Next I cut out the tag from the papers and fussy cut a section as well to attach to the bottom of the tag. Gather up you trims etc and put your tag together.

 

 
 

1. Have you seen all the new Shimmerz paints in the store? They are so vibrant and amazing! Here I painted some on my Flying Unicorn Adornment metal pieces and heat set them until they bubbled some. YUMMY!

Here is the finished tag all ready to be added to a little gift for someone special.

 

I love how I only embossed sections of the chippys and look at that gorgeous metal heart now. Wow what a tiny bit of paint will do!
