Usually I do not buy bright colors...its not something I am normally drawn too but I do love the bold and graphic papers from TC!

 

With such bold colors and graphic designs I went for a more simple design

I used Alda's glass flower technique on the flowers I cut out of the paper.

On my next layout I created, I again kept with the more simple design.  I added a doily I had in my stash and the flowers from the June KOM, and outlined with liquid pearls!

For the hot air balloons I used my stylus to add a little puff!
